Terms of Service

By accessing ShapePitch, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and WISE IT LLC.

ShapePitch is a product development tool implementing Shape Up methodology. We provide: • Pitch creation and management • Betting and cycle planning • Progress tracking and collaboration • Team management features

• You must provide accurate account information • You are responsible for maintaining account security • You must notify us of unauthorized access • One person per account (no sharing credentials)

• Free tier: Limited features, no payment required • Pro tier: $9/user/month (yearly) or $12/user/month (monthly) • Billed in advance, non-refundable • Cancel anytime, access continues until period ends • Prices may change with 30 days notice

• You own all content you create (pitches, bets, notes) • You grant us license to host and display your content • You are responsible for content legality • We may remove content violating these Terms

You agree NOT to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malware or harmful code • Attempt to breach security measures • Resell or redistribute the Service • Use automated tools to scrape data

• We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it • Scheduled maintenance with advance notice • We may modify features with reasonable notice • We may suspend accounts violating Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Service provided "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Total liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months • This does not limit liability for fraud or gross negligence

• You may cancel your account anytime • We may terminate for Terms violations • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days • Export your data before cancellation

• We may update these Terms periodically • Material changes notified 30 days in advance • Continued use constitutes acceptance • Check this page for the latest version

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bihor County, Romania. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protections apply.
